Please be sure You've read every thing. Before booking. You agree to these terms Below.

I only ACCEPT 18 projects (All services Combined) total each month.

This is to stay a balanced & on Time/ in the time frame of everyones turn around time.

I do not accept cash. Video shoots Remaining balance is due the day of.

All Hand Painted projects are due, once I've completed the project. I will not ship, drop off order or shoot before that.

Remaining balance is due through your invoice.

Process

Paintings -

1. Book service , after reaching out & discussing your ideas.

( you will receive an invoice with remaining balance, immediately after booking But It is NOT Due until Im finished ) 

2. After the 24hour mark, I will confirm sizing , I will order whatever materials for the services you chose & immediately  send you PROOF OF PURCHASE/ the confirmation of the product& estimated delivery time to me 🚚 .

*This does not mean I'm starting immediately, depending on how many bookings are in front of you.

I just like to keep my clients updated & to know where their money is going during the process.

3. You may opt. out to be updated , if you'd like to be surprised. Please let me know so I know not to post on my Social media & ruin your surprise.

4.I will let you know & show proof I've started the process , mix my colors, prep & sketch.

Please be aware the prep isn't always pretty, I got you, imagine with me, trust the process.

5.Mid way through at some point, Ill send another update with proof of how it's going. Im not sensitive !! I'm here to better myself with every project & can't do that, if I don't know what you're thinking. This is your hard earned money, so I accept & appreciate all constructive criticism that's coming from a genuine space.

6. I will send proof of almost finished project (if you didn't opt-out)

7.I will send proof of finished project& want to receive approval  (if you didn't Opt-out)

8. Once remaining balance is paid I will Ship your order the next day. Regular shipping is included on (ALL U.S. orders)

Names must match. I require signature for all bookings.

9. Once your order is received you can just simply let me know, give a shout, send pictures, give feed back if you'd like, whatever you like.

Washing - Hand wash & air dry OR Put jacket inside out, put inside a pillow case tie a knot put in washer ,  can then air dry or keep in pillow case & put in dryer on low settings until dry.

Videos-

For run& gun shoots book give me time, date, location , song & any specific to add while editing.

Mural-

similar to custom  paintings  +

Walls are washabale & protected with final coat of sealer for extra / max longivity.

I will need to know heights etc, clients are responsible for extra equipment needed to reach places.

I approach the project using a combination of Free hand, Grid method & Projectors.

I can touch up my own work if YOU had an small accident like hole or scratch you put in the wall

(If its small, local& easy) its free of charge. I Will not correct/ go over others work.

I will have to start Completely over from scratch, fresh. I will not allow myself to be put in a position 

to be held accountable for longevity or faults over time due to going over someone else's work.

For projects over 5k

5% -10 % goes to givingback. Children, families , Holidays , supporting others busnesses etc.

Typically 70% Non Refundable Deposit 

30% is due to book/lock in date & get materials needed

40% is due upon arrival on the 1st day before I start

Travel fees not included in price.

Prices / turnaround time depends on SIZE/ DETAILS

8 hours AT MINIMUM a day 4/5 days out of the week

$20 - $50 per sq ft (80 sq ft min)

$35 - $55 per sq ft (40-79 sq ft)

My minimum is $1400

Budget Friendly

For Residential properties ONLY

SPLIT Option with a (90% Deposit / Retainer fee)

You and a friend book for the price of one project (one payee)

You Split Square footage however you like & let me know.

ex. You book min. 80 sq ft. (your house 60 sq ft. Friend House 20)

For properties 25 miles apart no extra fee. Properties over 25 miles

its an additional fee that starts at $150.

You can split the time each day (ex. 4hrs your house , 4 hours theirs)

or Do A, B days. so projects are finished around the same time.

Additional fees do apply for special paint, wall repairs etc, if the wall is not clean & immediately ready to 

have a mural painted. You can do this part yourself if you like or i can add it on.

This has NOT happened  but, Shall a client go ghost & I'm not paid I will seek court 

and will offer two options.

1 . I paint over the mural , with one coat OR 2. You will pay remaining balance.

 ( you will be held responsible for my court cost, lawyer & fees) If you claim its been painted over ,

I will then legally out of my own pockets apply for an order to have an sheriff come to the property 

To confirm. After that it will be the end. I dont involve myself in drama, social media stunts, nor do I

have an evil spirt.& no hard feelings on my end. Business is business. You will not be mentioned, or specifically brought up in anyway from my side of business.

Deposits/ Retainer FEE is roughly %85 for painting, and $100 for shoots.

This FEE is non refundable after 24hours for paintings, once ive bought all the materials to achieve the project. Materials arent bought until after 24hours just incase you change your mind or made a mistake. This FEE is non refundable for run& gun shoots unless you cancel up to 7 days min before your shoot, you may reschedule 1 time (that doesn't include weather reason, your/our safety is equally important & comes 1st. Outside of weather if you reschedule a deposit/retainer fee refund is no longer available) after its a additional $50 fee. I will not wait over an hour after coming to the location to perform your book Service, unless I agree that its ok. If you are a no call , no show/ LATE, with no communication you will be banned. These fees Are 100% refundable for birth videography, for situations that are out of our control, because I'm also a mother myself & understand birthing is unpredictable no matter how much we prepare. For videos You are allowed 2 minor revisions, for videos anything after that is an additional $100 per revision. There are No returns on paintings, as these are items specifically made & customized for you. I am not responsible for you sending me the wrong sizing, so please double check.

Shall you be refunded, please understand I'm charged a processing fee to transfer fees, so that will be deducted from your total, which isn't much with proof it needed. I like many other businesses for your safety & Privacy don't see, or have any control over any of the payments /card/bank Services & what fees they charge. My website is through wix & with their trusted partnerships with these companies, Im charged 2.6% of incoming & outgoing transactions. Your name MUST match for me to ship iteams. Any original pieces are copyrighted, and I don't approve of anyone else using or making changes to it. I do not allow my art work to be reproduced in anyway for profit without written permission. Please dont take anything i'm saying wrong or read my website wrong. I care about ALL of my clients & do not play about fraud or being treated unfairly when doing business with anyone.

For any reason (which this should never happen) & You don't get your video On the agreed date ( which is 2 week turn around max for run& gun excluding reedits and 6 weeks at max for others depending on the project (it will be discussed), you will Recieve A agreed Refund, THAT Same DAY& still get your video. YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR A REFUND. Its 2023 it doesn't take 3days or weeks to send money. For paintings 2-8 weeks/ 10(for tier4)

I do NOT CONSENT to doing projects that are diss/offensive to others. YOU forfeit the project , will be taken to court if needed & I will ask for it to be taken down, if it gets that far &keep all funds if I find out. I do not condone or wish to be apart of that.

For ANY reason, which is RARE that I agree to squeeze you in, or to do ANYTHING outside of booking/payment the turn around time MAY be the same OR vary for you if its a busy month, Meaning a longer turn around time. MAYBE. anywhere between 2-6weeks. You will also receive an invoice as others with all information to Protect my good name. Nothing is verbal. I like everything in writing.Ive serviced over 3k clients.

I enjoy a smooth flowing Order, my peace &energy. I will NOT allow myself to get out of order, rush , feel overwhelmed, OR push other Clients back! Everyone is equally important to me!

Contracts ONLY. High quality UV Resistant, Fabric & leather Paints & equipment are always used. 

Surrounding areas (Floors, baseboards, furniture etc. are properly prepped & protected with tape and plastic)

You are updated the whole time. No Verbal agreements , A recap message will be sent 

after every conversation.
